2004 Wave Vidmar - North Pole Solo

Wave Vidmar has had a lifelong passion for adventure sports, starting climbing and sailing at the age of 10. Educated in California, he has owned several of his own businesses and currently owns/operates Studio X Arts & Science, a concept and design specialty shop.

In 2004 Wave left from upper Russia, the Artichevsky peninsula, to walk, ski, and swim nearly 600 miles to the North Pole. Dragging a sledge weighing more than 275 lbs, Wave took everything he needs to accomplish his goal through the harshest environment on earth. When asked why he would do such a thing, he states, "to feed my soul."
