The SiliLoft ®Vest is an ultralight and compressible garment.  When worn over the top of our VaprThrm® NTS layer, the Climashield Green insulation is protected from both internal and external moisture. This vest is a great choice for those who require increased arm mobility. 

At a glance:

  • 30D. Silicone coated nylon features superior protection from the elements as well as improved tear strength over conventional DWR treatments. There is no need for the shell to breathe if using vapor barrier system.
  • Insulation is 4oz Climashield Green made from landfill diverted polyester (PET soda bottles etc)
  • Continuous filament Climashield Green is laminated to 30 silver ripstop lining offering superior duability and eliminating cold spots.
  • Compresses to fit into a 1 liter package (see photo)
  • Exterior draft tube protects #3 YKK Vislon molded-tooth zipper from the elements. 
  • Large internal mesh pocket accomodates 1 liter Nalgene bottle
  • Weighs 288gr/10.16oz

Neck Measure around your neck from the base
Chest With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, generally around the belly button area.
Sleeve With your elbow slightly bent, measure from prominent vertebra at base of your neck, over your elbow, and down to your wrist.
Inseam Using pants that fit you well, measure from the top of an inner pant leg seam down to the bottom of the leg.
