VaprThrm® Fleece Jacket

Customizations Total: $0.00

After making a couple of prototypes and living/working in VaprThrm® fleece for several weeks we questioned why we had not offered this product sooner!  We're confident this is the warmest fleece garment made. The difference is we use our VaprThrm® laminate fabrics--the same used in our famed socks and mitten liners. Not just a mere windstopper or hydrophillic film (like others on the market) this offers full-blown barrier protection.  Well, you ask,  won't it be too warm? This was the original reluctance on our part but we have designed the jacket with the full complement of venting options just like on our much thinner NTS clothing.  For highly aerobic activities this might be a too-warm garment but for many cold-weather activities, and spectator sports, this jacket offers a cocoon of comforting warmth.

Each garment is made to order.

  • VaprThrm 3 ply laminate with tranverse wicking lining and durable barrier film
  • Option of Straight cut or Tapered V with Lycra binding - (cut is based on our NTS pattern)
  • Durable lockstitch contruction
  • Shown with optional integral hood, other option include; forearm zipper vents and pit zips
  • Weight = 1.98 lbs (31.7oz) size medium (with integral hood)
  • Current color selection shown below
