The picture was taken during this year's Arrowhead 135 ultra marathon. The official start temperature was -24F (wind chill factor close to -40).
The green hood showing belongs to one of your Lightning Bug jackets. I was also wearing a pair of VaprThrm® NTS pants and your Insulated socks (they rock!). The blue vest that I'm wearing (under the safety vest) is an RBHDesigns SiliLoft vest.
The only thing I regret not bringing to this race, was a set of your Vapor Mitts with the altitude liner. But don't worry, I learned my lesson. I'll put an order for a pair during the summer. I'm coming back next year.
The thing is, that I didn't care how cold it was outside, with your system it felt like being indoors! Thanks for being there, for what you do, and for the magnificent products you make!
